Do you come to my hotel or villa?
Yes. Our therapists come directly to your hotel, villa, guesthouse or private home within our service areas.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently serve Seminyak · Ubud · Kuta · Legian · Sanur · Nusa Dua · Jimbaran · Uluwatu. No travel fee within our service areas. If you are staying just outside these areas, message us on WhatsApp and we will let you know if we can reach you.
Do I need to travel to a spa?
No. Taksu Nusa Spa is a home spa service. We bring the spa experience directly to you.
Do you provide the massage table?
Yes. Our therapist brings the massage table and essential equipment.
How do I pay?
You can pay in cash after your treatment, by bank transfer or through an online payment link.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two hours in advance. Evening, weekend and holiday bookings may fill up quickly.
Can I request a female or male therapist?
Yes, you are welcome to request a female or male therapist when you book. Requests are subject to availability, so please let us know as early as you can.
How is Couple Massage priced?
The price shown for Couple Massage is per person. Two therapists work side by side so you and your partner are massaged at the same time.
